sounds like a MAF PROBLEM!!!

But seriously. It could be a lot of things. My MAF died a while back, and I had a "jerking" above 3500 rpm, that made it almost unbearable to drive. But you describe yours as a bog, which would lead me to believe it might be bad plugs, wires, distributor, cap, who knows. Try doing a tune up, checking gap on plugs, regular maintaince stuff.

2 weeks ago i did:
oil change number 1.
new spark plugs & Sparkplug gap 0.044,
new starter.
oil pressure sensor and oil change number 2,
i have new tires,
Fuel Filter,
new brakes.. uh whatelse..
*yesterday: new master and slave cylinders (bypassed the juncion box)

i originaly thought this problem was from the clutch slipping, but under much debate I ruled out clutch cause there is no smell.

try one more thing check your spark plugs and make shure they are tightend down.., if that doesnt work you might have to borrow one of your friends maf to diagnose the prob. and remember everytime you discconnect the maf reset your ecu..

oh and by the way did you leave it off for about 5 min cuz you replied kinda fast!!!

Check your fuel injectors. They go bad on the ka and leak fuel and foul up the plugs with gas. Try swaping out the injectors. If the problem is still there check the injector connectors.
