ideas on pressure testing?

hey all.. im struggling with a boost leak. Im running an FMIC with custom piping. All the couplers are on with tbolt clamps so im almost certain it is not comming from the piping or IC. Im starting to think maybe its loosing boost from the manifold or throttle body. Whats a good way of plugging up the coupler where it connects to the turbo and attaching a valve stem in to pump it?

I got a 1 7/8" cap from Home Depot. I drilled it for a threaded compressor fitting so I could hook an air line to it. Then I connected it to the rubber hose for the hotpipe right after the turbo. 9-10 psi was all it took to find some major boost leaks.
