Florida 240sx shops? Need engine work...

I'm almost done getting all the parts I need (i.e. pistons, arms, cams, intake, exhaust, and new ecu) to turn my low end torque KA to a turbo ready mid-high end hp KA.  My only problem is finding a shop to assemble and basically rebuild my KA with these parts.  Does anyone know a good shop in Florida that can work on my 240?  I know any mechanics shop can pretty much do it, but I'm looking for one of those shops that give it the extra touch =)

Umm Florida is kinda big, what area are you in? I might know were to point ya if your from the tampa area.

I got to school in Sarasota, but summer is coming up so I'll either find a job here or go home, which is in West Palm Beach.  That covers both the east and west nicely.  Basically, anywhere except northeast Florida and the panhandle.  Everywhere else is fine by me, it's all just a 4 hour drive max, no biggy.
