Anyone going to the upcoming Carquest autoshow at mccormick? Its the weekend b4 the big show I believe.

"Hot wheels" cars. No imports.

Went to it last year... there was like a lil corner of imports....but most of em are just purty lookin rides w/ icky paintjobs. i dunno if that made any sense, but maybe there'll be a bigger section this time.  Most of em were this team who call themselves Vector Racing...but they don't really race much since most of their cars are jus show cars.  They're from around my area.

Yeah its "world of wheels" show. Looks like mostly customs and muscle. www.worldofwheels.com I might go if I get bored this weekend, short trip on the L for me.

Anyone going to the Chicago Auto Show this week?  I may be up there if I can get out of work, but I'm not sure what day yet.  It'll most likely be either Friday or Saturday...

Hey what time on Friday?  I'll be there with Eric, who's also on the list, (uiuc240 I believe to be his screen name).  We plan to get there around 3.

ARGH!  Couldn't get out of work this weekend...looks like I'm stuck in L-town...:(  Well, have fun up there...I'll see what's going on next weekend.

Anybody know when the auto show closes on saturday?  I'm thinking about coming over from Michigan since I missed the Detroit show this year.
