Before you flame me...read the entire post. The manager of my department is building a full "pro street" civic. The goal is 10-11 second standing quartermile,ALL motor on a street legal car. The head is a B16. ITBs are about $1,000 MORE than a good intake/single TB setup.....I am trying to firgure out WHY? Why the extra money? What kind of power gains will the car get vs. reg intake setup?

Basically trying to compare the two setups, and understand the benefits of ITBs.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

go to honda-tech and ask these questions. they have been doing ITB for YEARS!!! they will give you better insight on what to do and use.

do a google search for Hook-Ups import tech. They dont have a complete website yet but the phone number is there. Call them up and talk to chris he uses them on his street car and his race car and he has expirimented with many diffrent sut-ups for ITB's.
