You can try to call your service and ask for a new phone, or at least a deal on it.

My friend's started acting up, he had no insurance on it, but he called and said he would switch services if they didnt give him a new one. Voila, new phone.

Ebay is the place. Just make shure the person has some good rep as a seller and is in the US. Most phones go within $10 of each other. So, don't expect to find a major deal by waiting.

ok ebay it is... ebay roxers... u get brand new stereo equipment cheap on there, like component systems etc....

but christmas is up, so Ill probably have to wait on a phone and get some presents first...

You could try Amazon.com, too. They sometimes have quite good deals on phones.

simple........ if u have insurance, call up the service and say ur phones broken or lost. say whatever model u want and theyll send it cuz with sim cards usually they lose track of what phone u have cuz sim cards can get into any cingular, att and whatever phones. my friends did it to get a nokia to a v70. but yea ebay other than that
