4 point seat belt

I just got a 4 point sparco racing seat belt from my friend, but i have no clue how to install it in my 1990 240sx hatchback. I searched but no luck. can anyone help me?

You'll need a harness bar or a cage to install the sholder belts properly.

no neccesarily... you could bolt it down under your rear seat... its just that no one can sit in that seat...

Also if you crash, it will seriously injure you, totally negating the fact that you own harneses.

If the shoulder mounting points are too much lower compared to the height of your shoulders:
If you are in a crash, the downward pressure of the shoulder harness has the potential to pinch your spine and/or compress your vertabrae. Not good.
