all new bulbs in my lights all of them work and my hazard signals work but not my turn signals any guesses

Have you checked your fuses? & Make sure you installed the right bulb for your turn signals.

Bad turn signal switch...pull out your FSM & follow the diagnostic procedures for troubleshooting your turn signal switch.
