allright, since iam going to be dropping an assload of money on these wheels, i want them to be absolutely perfect. iam willing to roll the fenders since the wheels are coming before body work. wheels are volk ce28n in 16x8.5+30 and 16x9+25. my available options are 16x8 +35 +15 +22, 16x8.5 +30, and 16x9 +25 +35. i excluded all of the highoffsets available since there is no reason for that junk. but i was just wondering what you think about this and how it will go. i have searched around a bit, looked at others set ups in such, but i just dont want to take chances with 2000 dollars in wheels

16X8 +15 is fine you dont have to worry about that. 16 x 9 +25 is great all you have to do is add a little camber and roll your fenders. You are way safe and will have not problem.

I don't get how your post relates to the topic? Care to explain to me? I'm a little slow as its really late right now.

Im Guessing this is for an S14? Please specify.. In any case, i dont know what you consider a 'high' offset, but +30 is still pretty high.. you could fit like 8.5 +10 easy on S13.. I dont know S14s but i do know they can take quite a bit more wheel.

yea i always forget to say the important things like what its going on. its a 1989 so theres that info for yuh. wowness to the extreme amounts of offtopic as well. some of the other offsets listed were +38 +42 and +47. so yea, much much higher than my other options.
so what would be my best combination?
thoughts are 16x8.5+30 for front(to clarify)
and 16x9+25 for rear which has basically been given the "clear." just want to get some of the wheel nazi's oppinons before i made a massive purchase

If you have coilovers 8.5 +30 probably won't fit.. my 8.5 +25s barely clear Tein HEs. I say go 9 +25 all around.

could somebody tell me what is the best wheel widht and ET for 18" wheels, when the front fenders are 20mm wider and the back fenders are 30mm? The car is S13.

thanks in advance

9's in the front of a s13 will have to have offsets in the low teens to fit super flush with a good roll of the fenders and nice stretched tires.
