CA tranny on SR?

I have a friend wondering if the ca tranny will work on an sr. He is in need of a a tranny for his sr and was curious if this would work.

yes it will work, but he will need the SR bellhousing to do the swap... the CA tranny wont bolt up to the SR Bhousing...

but your friend is better off getting an SR tranny or a KA tranny because as far as what ive read/learned in the past, the CA tranny gear ratios are crappier than the SR's...(if you were going to bolt one up the the SR, but when you bolt the SR tranny onto a CA its good)

I dont think they bolt up, but i know the KA tranny w/SR bell Housing works well.... and wouldnt a KA tranny be easier to source then a CA?
