Yo this Ericford43 guy just scammed me for 160$ on a fuel sending unit unfortunately I did not know friends and family through paypal offers no buyer protection so right now im filing a dispute with my chase he said he was going to ship it out today then said he was going to ship it out tomorrow watch out for this guy HES A SCAM!

Right now im trying to file a dispute with my credit card company I am waiting to speak to someone about it but lesson learned never send as a friends and family payment on the forums no matter what or else your not protected never knew that but now I do.

Yeah I had a feelin something was up I though through paypal I was covered regardless never assume I guess either way I emailed paypal and informed my bank already once the charge clears tomorrow I can file a chargeback via my bank account so yeah but just for future reference NEVER send money via the friends and family option.

i told him id only pay him using "goods and services" so he told me to send it to his wifes account lol

Paypal and my bank both refused to give me the funds back I fuckin hate Paypal good for nothing dude idc what their policy is they should still be able to help but thats not how it works I guess.

That's what the goods and services fee is for so they can get your money back.

If you read product policies before you use them, this wouldn't have happened.
