Go to a low rider shop. Request them to put on tires. Pay them for their services and take your wheels.

By the way, any competent place with a cheetah bead setter will be able to mount 225/45 on a 10"

My opinion is those sizes are not for everyone. If you drift then go for those sizes, but if your only intention is to daily drive them, don't do it. Go for some larger sizes like F225/45 R245/40 or 235/40 255/40. Now, to answer is it too stretched? The 215/45 looks good on the 9" rim but 225/45 on 10" looks ghetto mexicali style. If you have to ask if they will work or not, I would avoid it. Turn around and steer clear. As everyone will point and laugh because you don't know why you did what you did.
