Hi there,
I recently purchased locally an (what I was told) was an S15 Spec R turbo. Upon meet up and inspection, the turbo was what was said to be, and was identical to other Spec R turbos I've had. When I got home and had time to give it a closer inspection, I'm beginning to think it may actually be a GT2871R, rather than a S15 Spec R due to the Garrett-Honeywell part number, 771847-5001S stamped on the ID plate.
I've never had a GT2871R, but I'd like some confirmation for what I purchased. If you have any idea what this Is from the info given and the pictures, chime in.

Also, it has an adjustable wastegate, which I am 100% positive it did not come that way from Nissan.
