Recently, I have made the decision to turbo my ka24de.

Tb02/22 turbo
550cc Injectors
Walbro 255
Z32 Maf
Greddy BOV
Tomei Headgasket
ARP Headstuds
BkR6E Plugs gapped at .033
EGR delete

On first startup she immediately dies. Although with the Maf unplugged she will idle but at 3k rpms. I haven't looked into the issue to much since I do not have an A/F gauge to monitor. Any Ideas?

You have an air leak somewhere that your mafs isn't reading when is plugged so the car isn't throwing enough fuel to get it to idle

I did a leak test with my e-cig and found out the egr is leaking but only until I blow hard do I feel air come out. I guess that is my issue. Pontless question basically. I was just frustrated.

Air leak possible...

What method are you using to tune those 550's? Possible that you're flooding the motor also.

I''m running an RS Enthalpy tuned for 550s. I don't have an aftermarket fpr or guage so I have no monitoring of my fuel pressure. I fixed my vacuum leak at my egr now she will idle great for a few seconds then die. No more instant stalling so its progress.

What's your bov setup like?

Bov not recirculated, recirculate it behind the MAF, or do a blow through set up (google it/look in my signature)
If you are using your mouth and finding leaks you probably have a million, connect the charge pipe to an air compressor and feed the car 20psi. Use soapy water to find leaks on intercooler piping and intake manifold
Fix all leaks
Maybe then you'll have a chance
