tein he page (http://tein.com/hedamp.html) what does the Required Front Wheel offset less than +38mm 6.5inch wide mean???

it means ur offset cant be more than +38, and ur wheel can't be wider than 6.5inches

It means the back-spacing on your front wheels can't be any more than what it would be with a 6.5" wide wheel with a +38 offset.

with that said what is a normal offset for an S13? sorry to be such a noob but i just bought my hatch today and i don't have a clue about this
