So I bought a used ISR Oilpan for an SR20det and it seems to be in fairly good condition. Only problem is it didnt come with the necessary hardware.

Also, the drain bolt is tiny as shit, and I am pretty sure every bolt on this pan uses an allen key.

I cant fit a 10 mm socket inside the 4 holes that use longer bolts so id imagine its something else holding them down.

I am awaiting a response from ISR Performance but I am just looking for anyone that has come across this issue and would like to help me out with specs so i dont purchase too short of bolts or even the wrong type.

This a couple of the last pieces of putting my SR back together after rod knock and i would hate to do it incorrectly.

Thank you so much for your help and I am looking forward to your responses.

The hardware is M6x1.00

My pan was missing hardware so I had to purchase some, I used M6x1.00 30mm (has to be allen head bolts) for the 4 longer bolts and the rest are M6x1.00 20mm

Also as for the drain plug it's the standard Nissan/Toyota thread pitch M12x1.25
ISR and P2M both make magnetic plugs for this thread pitch which would convert it to a hex style bolt.

I was just having this same problem this week if the oem plug doesn't fit being too small try an oil plug 1/2 x 20 that did it for me.

It's a metric thread pitch M12x1.25, not an NPT thread.

Trust me I tried my oem one m12 x 1.25 and I went out and bought one. Did not work.

Thank you everyone for your responses
I too tried the oem drain plug and it did not work
Is there a metric size for the drain plug ?

The metric size is m12 x 1.25 but I told you try a 1/2 x 20 standard drain plug they have them at autozone etc...

Did any of you have a problem with the oil baffle getting in the way?

Yeah man, I took the oem baffle out and cut away all the edge that was touching the isr oil pan. Kept doing it until it cleared. Definitely a shitty copy by isr.
