S13 with Q45 LSD - which way to install Whiteline diff bushings?

I've got a pair of Whiteline diff bushings for the front mounts on this Q45 diff. The problem is I can't see if the thicker bushing half goes down or if it goes up? I can't find any instructions online or good pics installed.

Anybody remember how these go?
