You're joking!? You want us to eyeball a few thousandths? Take some mic's and see what it measures compared to stock and what the service recommendation is.

I will eventually. Just wanted to see opinions. Waiting for email from CC on specs and recommendation for replacement

some clutch manufacturers use different thickness, I know when I wanted to buy a spec clutch they mentioned that spec uses a thicker disc

The pads look pretty close to the rivets. I'd say at this point, since you have it all apart, at least replace the clutch disc.

I measured it and its closer to new than it is at the discard limit. Real close to new so ill be reusing it

Its well within spec, im reusing it. Is it necessary to have the flywheel and clutch resurfaced?

If you were previously using the same disc and flywheel together, you can get away without resurfacing as they have worn into each other.

Resurfacing is only required when you install a new disc with an old flywheel.

It wouldn't hurt anything to get yours resurfaced, it's just not absolutely required in this case.
