Okay here's the prob.
I got a t25 going onto the SSautochrome for KA mani.

When i test fitted it the other day heres what happened, the Compressor outlet sits to close to the manifold and i can't get the Compressor outlet to go on.

Any ideas as to what i can do? Can i cut the Outlet pipe like this? To make it fit.

Will doing this effect the pressure of the pipes and the restrictions of it? What are my other options? This sucks really bad!! SSautochrome KA mani were supposed to line up WTF? now i have to work around this to make it work so any help would be great....This is the only real big prob i ran into so far. Come on guys throw out some good sugguessions, will the outlet flange on the t28 work cause isn't it angled differently?

well if you have access to another pipe you can just cut out about an 3/4" of the other pipe with a plasma cutter and then just weld you pieces back together you will not have a significant drop in pressure (if you ahve any) just make sure you sela the pipe properly. I have a skyline outlet pipe because it has the 60mm pipe (for my intercooler) I had to cut it rotate it and weld it back.

could you clock the compressor housing? or would the wastegate not allow that?

^^^ Yep.

Loosen the bolts on the back of the compressor housing and rotate it so that the outlet sits higher with respect to the 3rd pic...

Easy.

man i just ran into the same problem sunday, Just take a 5lb hammer and knock the exhaust manifold runner back a little bit. It's not going to affect it much and just dont heat it up. Beat cold, its better to stress metal while its cold in this case. Ill try to get pictures of mine up.

LOL! When he means clock he means turn the housing not "clock" it with a hammer.

hahaha you guys are all nutts...

Why in the hell would you do ANYTHING else besides the obvious of clocking the turbo? Its safe, wont mess anythign up... and you can be on your way to turbo-ing that KA that much quicker with a smile on your face...
