Sorry but that does not look like Cusco.

Unless it's a super old style that I'm not aware of.

it looks to me like it's an R180 unit.....

Thats an r180 , probably thats the reason about you dont have the cover. The r180 only came on the Silvia Qs with sr20de . Fyi you also need the subframe of the Qs, since this is a smaller diferential!
