how would i do it? i want a mechanical autometer speedo, so anyone have an idea, i know ca18 pulsars were cable drive could i use one of those tranny senders?

R32 GTRs are cable driven too. Get the sending unit from a transmission and the appropriate cable, doesn't seem like it'd be too hard.

anyone know if this would work?, what about the rb20det skylines, were they cable drive too?

86-90 z24i 4cyl nissan truck (hardbody) would work. Length is probably close enough, and when ka speed sensor is removed, should be bolt on affair. Ka tranny uses exact same drive type and location (and i assume sr as well?).

oh thank you thank you... Yes if it works with KA, Than it should work for the sr, ca and rb20, considering they are all the same tranny:)
