Why is rolling a last resort? Doesn't effect how things look...It's rolling the inner lip flat. You can get it done for like $30 a fender give or take. Either way I doubt you would need it with those sizes...

I have 2 Gram Lights 57 pro wheels for sale 18x9 +25. No rolling required! pm me if you're interested

BTW....you should have asked this BEFORE you ordered. :nono:

As far as tires...if your not sure. Buy the smaller size and then see if you got the room. If you have the room (and want to do it) go slightly wider next time you need tires..

I'm sure i can't imitate your success.

Thanks Structure240sx!! I'm like 99% sure it would fit i just have to make sure. My buddy baught some17x7.5 with 215 tires and they fit "sunken in" perfect!! mines should be FINE!! But thankx, with that info i might go with 225 even!! WOOT!

why only 215/40? seems like a large gap compared to 45 on a 17.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...DO NOT run a 215/40-17 on a 17X8.5

What the hell...

Stockish sizes will be:

225/45-17
245/40-17

I'd run the 225 on that setup if ou want a tight fit, almost stretched.

245 is the proper fit, but may add clearance problems.

215/40 will look fucking retarded. So small...and skinny.

FYI...

i just put gram light 57s on my 95 and im running 17x8.5 in the rear with 235/45s and mine fit. i would reccomend running a smaller series than me though...like 235/40.

sorry to revive this thread but my question falls along these lines.

I've got the 57s 17x8.5 with +30 all around. Yokohama 225.45.17 AVS ES100s all around. Anyone know if this setup will clear coilovers?

Thanks,
Chris

i think you need to be in the mid +20 range. i have 18x9.5 with +12 and it is right up on the coilover. about 1/16 between rim-coilover spring perch. i'm using 225/40/18.

=\...im guessing i'll prob need to get spacers for the front when i get coils =(
If anyone else has input it'd be appreciated...

Thanks,
Chris
