View Full Version : Built sr24det sluggish when you take off in first or Revit up a neutral sometimes

I have a S13 sr24det built and has a Jim wolf tunehim with a Garett 2871R turbo and when you put in first and take off at first sometimes it feels like it wants to break up and then clears up or if you put in neutral can I hit the gas it will break up maybe 1500 to you rpm's will start clearing back up any help

LoL check for vacuum leaks or check ur ecu for fault codes.

With an SR24, just go standalone. Don't be cheap with a rom tune.

What tune should I go with power fc? And should I keep or delete my MAF when I get a better tune on it

Also since you cheaped out on the ECU I'm betting you cheaped out on the injectors.

Stay away from the redrilled injectors and buy ones specifically made for the flow rates.
(someone will be along shortly to say redrilled are okay, and rebuff my statement)

Yea there 72lbs injectors running a ford corbra MAF i wanna know what to go with to get the most out of my set up and looking into re tuning it, this tune was just to get it in the car and broken in for 500 miles so let me know what your opinions are for my set up sleeved and board out CP Pistons Eagle rods JGY fuel rail 72 pound injectors Greddy intake manifold Jim wolf S4 cams and corbra MAF with shitty Jim wolf rom tune [emoji17]
