Sr and KA front trans covers interchangeable?

So I just broke the snout that the TOB rides on the front cover for my Sr trans ive been searching and the are a couple threads that say yes and some that are not too sure if they do.
I just a need a straight forward answer if they are interchangeable I need to get my car on the road thanks in advance

They aren't interchangeable. The sR bell housing can fit on a ka trans, but that's what you need is another sr bell housing from the sound of it.

There is alot of forum posts that say that the front cover can be interchanged it is a seperate piece from the bell housing

Looks to be similar. Z1 makes a lot of parts especially transmission related so I would be comfortable ordering from them

I can grab on from the dealer for the same price as Z1 without the shipping cost im gonna go ahead and take a gamble I will report back to see if it works out
