Need help with my ka24de

I have a stock ka24de it was running fine when I bought it the started running like crap it breaks up an runs choppy till about 4k rpms so I did a tune up to it still ran like crap an started not idling until I sat with my foot on the gas till it warmed up then it would idle an still run choppy till 4k nxt I did a fuel pump still runs like crap an choppy an won't idle till warms up then I swapped out the maf with a used maf still won't idle till it warms up an still runs choppy I'm thinking it's the injectors but I'm not sure what do you guys think?

stop slappying parts to it. check the basics first.

Vacum lines checked?
any Codes?
checked the cap and rotor?
checked wires?
ground cables?

also swapping out parts with unknown working condition used parts is always a bad idea.

There's no cel I recently did full tune up cap rotor wires an plugs an the used maf was givin to me when I bought the car an I put all new parts on it just the maf was used
