What hose is this called? s13 SR20DET

Found a coolant leak, from this hose. What is it called? seems to connect from the TB and somewhere near the oil filter and above a little bit. trying to order it online

You can bypass it. It's a throttle body heater hose and isn't neccessary for anything other than warming it up
