hi guys (sorry about the spill. I am from bahrain)
take it easy dont make angry :kiss:

I by a manual boost controller and I want to set the boost to 12psi in my car (open Exhust, SMIC,sr20det) but I have some problem

1- when I set the boost to 12psi it go to 15psi then retern to 12-10psi it is not stabel, and hard to controlle. so what is the problem you think.

2- about the fuel cut when it came?
bcoz in my car I reach the fuel cut at ~16psi and it is hard cut (the car get down then go agane)

BTW what is the corect conection to the manual controller pic1 or pic2

From your picture, it looks like a bleed valve setup.
Picture 2 is the correct way for a MBC.
Hopefully your mbc has a vent valve, which will have less boost spikes.
Is this a stock sr20 t25 turbo? Because those turbo maxes out at 14.5psi. Your injectors are already close to being maxed out.
