Steering Column Adjuster

I have a 97 kouki base model. There isnt a steering column tilt adjuster....is there a way to have one installed or am I just screwed and have to deal with it? I searched and seen courtesy nissan has the tilt lever for sale. My question is can I purchase and install or is this just a replacement part for when it breaks on cars already equipped with this?

I thought all 240s ever had a tilt wheel - are you totally sure? A little stubby paddle on the left?

If you don't have the lever, I assume your column doesn't have the ujoint there, and you need a whole tilt column - could be totally wrong.

Bump.....just needing some help. Would i be able to pull one off a s14 with it installed and take it off? I have never had to look at one before to match them up lol.
