ok i am puttin a turbo on my ka and i was wondering what all i need for motor to run ok i know the manifold, turbo, injectors, fuel pump, intercooler, but what else oh fuel managemnet but i dont know where to start when tryin to figure out which one. any recomendations?. well is there anything else i should be worried about thanx oh yeah i got a 91 hatch

might wanna check compression and stuff on ur engine... rebuild might be a good start to happy turbo.

id say like all the assholes will - Search. theres gazilion threads and websites about this. just look, seriously, you will find lots info. before puting anything on your car - do a research!

but, heres a start

you need

fuel pump,
370cc injectors or bigger,
ECU - reprogrammed, or piggy back like e-manage, S-AFC, etc
intercooler +piping
manifold, flanges,
blow off valve,
wastegate,
a turbo (duh),
gauges (at least the boost gauge)
a heatshield for the turbo so your MC wont melt away.
minor things like clamps screws nuts etc.
oh yea dont forget, you might also want to change to Colder plugs, and retart the timing to be safe.

also, ask yourself, is your suspension ready to handle more power? is it a stocker?
