sr20 dropping idle and takes forever to reach boost

Ok here we go i drive a nissan 200sx sr20det s14 with a s15 motor first problem my car takes forever to reach boost and when it does the turbo has a siren sound to it also when the car comes on boost and i back off the car goes to stall on me
Much help will be appreciated

Ok so have changed the turbo also changes my TPS car is idling high and when rev it....it stalls anyone know whats going on

I have checked no sign of leaking could it be timing

How did you check?

You need to do a boost leak check. And block off your blow-off valve. Those two things should solve your problem temporarily, at least to narrow it down. Probably your blow-off is leaking.
