Need some help

Anyone knows what might be wrong with my car? idles at 1000-1300 on cold start. once warm it idles low and dies when coming to stops. picks up good but if u full throttle it, it gets weak on top end like its pulling timing. i'm thinking its the knock sensor and already ordered one but just wondering if anyone out there have any ideas or been through this and might know something. I hooked up the consult port and notice my o2 sensor going to 0 volts and fluctuating back and forth. same with iavc and ignition timing. heres a video.
