A couple days ago, I went to start my s14 ka and let it warm up. After it was warm, I went to move and it started to jerk and the rpm would bounce up and down. I would put it in neutral and it would idle fine, but when I would go to move it would start to jerk again. It stopped after maybe a mile a slow driving like that. I checked the spark plug wires and unplugged and plugged them back into the motor and when I cold started it, it did not jerk or anything. Does anyone know what is going on? I was reading it could be the fuel pump or MAF but I'm not too sure

Start by cleaning your throttle body.

You need spark, fuel, and air to make an engine work. My guess is that you're lacking spark or fuel. Check your fuel pressure, get a new fuel filter if it could be bad (good thing to do anyway and under $10), and check the gap on your plugs
