Exhaust after the catalytic convertor has NOTHING to do with emissions. If the EGR remains hooked up, and the cat is left alone, an exhaust application won't fail you.

It might not pass visual, or sound, or whatever the cali smog nazis require paperwork for. It doesn't have a CARB EO #, and my friends K&N air intake did, so I don't know if they look for that EO on all aftermarket parts. But just a sniffer test, it will make absolutely no difference in the readings.

As long as you have the cat it will pass the visual as far as the exhaust is concerned, and the smog guys won't be enforcing DB levels so don't worry about that. Don't concern yourself with EOs for the exhaust either, because like Jeff already mentioned, since it's after the cat it won't affect emissions and therefore doesn't require an EO.
