Clutch pedal vibrates while engaged, also noticed a grinding/vibrating sound.

the vibrations, sound changes with the rpm, as rpm goes up the vibration/sound gets louder.

it seems to get better after a few minutes of driving. i think the vibration/pedal is still there if you go high rpms though like 4000 and up, but not as bad as in the morning.

also noticed pedal is a tiny bit more soft on cold start, but gets more stiff after a few minutes of driving.

just changed new master , slave, and a steel braided clutch line.

any ideas? weird that it gets better after few minutes of driving.

SR ? KA ?

Sounds like you need to pull your transmission and check the throw-out bearing. Expect to replace it while you are in there (order a new one in advance) might as well.

good time to replace the clutch also. And the pivot ball (buy a nismo).

now that you mention it,

This is a SR, just recently did a clutch job, with a RPS Streetmax Clutch/pressure plate, resurfaced oem flywheel

when we were doing the job, the pilot bearing was cracked and broke off LOL. but we replaced that with a new one, but we noticed the input shaft/sleeve where the TOB goes on was also cracked, hmm maybe this was the problem? maybe after a while it just completely cracked.

the weird thing is, its worse in the morning, but after driving for a few minutes, the vibration/sound is almost completely gone, unless you are in high rpms.
