I have been looking for a motor for my 96 S14 recently and I have yet to find anything that has been 96 or newer. In Cali, if you LEGALLY want put in a different motor than what the factory gave you, it must the same year or newer. If I were to buy a KA motor from a S13, would I have any difficulty putting it in my S14? In other words, would I be missing certain OBDII sensors, or anything else. Im not too familiar with the differences in the motors between the years. I realize that I wont be "LEGAL" with a 91KA, but I wont be legal with a turbo kit either....someone please let me know.
