there is 2 types. do u need the one that has a sharp angle in it or the one that loops around? i would assume you are asking for the metal one?

Well I had a looped one and it wasnt working so Im guessing the sharp angle one. Its going on a gt28 on an s14 sr. And def metal. Dont need any plastic crap.
