So I finally got the axle nut and spacer thing off my S14. My question is am I supposed to see the actual balls when they are off? Thanks guys.

No, you are not suppose to. Means the bearing is really bad in that case.

This is a S14? I dont think you're supposed to be able to do that since S14 front hubs/bearing is a single assembly.

Yea they're off an s14 while I was pulling the hub off the cap to the bearings stayed on the knuckle. I took it off and out it back on.

looks like the back race of the hub bearing is stuck onto my spindle =(

if the race is seized onto the spindle you will have to either pound it off with a hammer and cold chisel, or, use the power of the internets to find awesome articles like this

Yea I find that article earlier that's how I figured out the race was stuck on. I'm pretty sure this happened cause the guy I purchased the knuckle and hubs from must not have tourqued them down properly.

It's not uncommon. Especially if the bearing has never been removed before.
