Anyone add the 'map light' to a S14? Does it need a special headliner?

I was looking at a map light (the lights that go above the rearview mirror) and the FSM makes it appear they had a special headliner for these. Anyone add one? Anyone add lighted vanity visors? I am trying to find a making Nissan fitment with the lighted mirrors.

If anyone knows of a visor set that will work my girlfriend would be very happy (makeup is hard to put on in the dark I understand).
