Help with ignition switch install?

Here's my switch panel:

This instructions paper came with it. I'm not completely sure on how this will work out.

Should the second pole on the main switch (that says "Black Accessory) go to the blue accessory wire on the ignition harness? The black/white wire and black/yellow wire on the ignition harness both control the starter somehow so should both of those go to the ignition button?
