MB weapons offset

I know this isn't that much of a tech question. But I'm deciding on buying the mb weapons. 17x8. There is two kinds of offset for it. One is +42 and +28. I know this might be a dumb question. Don't judge or hate. But, which offset would stick out the most?

+28 would stick out more..although it would probably just be 'flush' to your fender. +42 would be sunken battleship status
