so i bought a steering rack off a fellow zilvian and i noticed that hard lines are pretty beat up. Has anyone tried replacing these with power steering hose from earls or anything else. Seen numerous post about the other lines but nothing on these ones. thanks in advance

Why not just go to the auto parts store and pick up new hards lines and bend them your self. Cost almost nothing and will get those nasty kinks out of the lines.

if you don't feel confident about doing your own hardlines, just go to a hose shop like Amazon hoses (not sure if you have one where you live). Bring the hoses up, tell them you want these done new and 30 mins later new ps hardlines for around 12.00

Just be aware those are high pressure lines. You're looking at a few hundred psi at between 200-250 psi IIRC at full lock.

that was super helpful. Earls is rated up to 2250 psi so i should be cool. going to give it shot. ill post pics and possible a write up when im done if anyone cares lol. replacing all my lines building my own chase bay power steering kit lol since i live walking distance to Earls. Any other advice please feel free. thanks for reading. happy Saturday

Are those fittings metric bubble flare? Or something else, such as SAE inverted flare or the oringed fittings that are used at the pressure and return lines.

i honestly have no clue what you're talking about. i got the idea from this post http://zilvia.net/f/sale-items/169550-earls-gangster-power-steering-hose-setup.html. going to do same set up plus doing my busted hard lines on my rack. i think alll stuff mentioned above has to do with actual hard lines but i plan on getting rid of all of them.
