Parts list page missing!

I've just dloaded Scanned Parts Catalog "s14 - 14 GIF/Pages" from technical section (http://www.zilvia.net/faqs/faqs.asp) and find out that one page is missing! Page# 565 .And that's the page i need most!
Can someone scan this page and attach to this thread or email me directly.
