ka-e and/or prw-2 ignition module work in dohc coil?

I'm replacing a few things ignition wise, and could only source a ka-e ignition module/transistor/ignitor and an prw-2 one from an altima. The coil from the altima is the same as the ka-de, but don't know if they'll work. They use the same plug (both ka-e and altima) but don't know if i'll be frying anything by using these.

Anyone been there, done that?

fwiw: I think dohc is prw-1a and some other numbers. ka-e is prw-1 8x11
