EGI Relay Issue

Well today I noticed that my EGI relay is buzzing when I turn the car off. It only buzzes for approximately 2 seconds until it stops. I have been having some bogging issues lately when I get on the throttle and I was curious if my relay might be going bad. Could it cause my fuel pump not be able to keep up under acceleration? Or could this be a bad ground? keep in mind its not the "EGI Pump" relay its the "EGI" relay next to it.

Well a relay is a relay. It either works, doesn't work or is stuck in a position. I say just replace the relay and go from there. If you have a multimeter you can check the relay to see if it's working.
