Horn issue?

Okay so when i bought my s14 from the previous owner he swapped out the steering wheel for a maxima one. He said when he switched out the wheel he just never conntected the horn. So ive basically ripped apart the wheel/steering column and i cant find the wire to connect the horn. Here are some pictues of the steering column. Does anyone know where i could find the wire to hook it up

Where is the yellow wire attached to besides that piece of plastic? There should be a wire that connects to the black connector.

i cant find anything that connects to it any idea where it would be
