bleeding power steering

Where do i bleed my PS on my s13? I got ALOT of water in my resevoir, and..yeah...im having problems.

undo a hard line on the rack, as low as possible, jack up the car and turn the wheel left and right lock to lock until all the fluids out of the system, don't have the car on while you do this. reconnect the hard line(s) and fill the reservoir with ATF fluid with dexron. keep the cap of and turn the car on, its ok if it makes some whirring noises from the pump, just keep turning the wheels lock to lock and adding fluid until its full and the airs out of the system.
