Electrical problem

I have power at my battery and my clock works, but as soon as i turn the key 1 click, everything shuts off.

I checked all the main fuses under the hood, everthings good.

Is there a main relay somewhere that could be blown?

Where is the key when everything works, and where are you turning the key to when everything shuts off. Off, Acc, Run, Start. WHen you let go and go back one click does it turn back on. Also when you say everything turns off, what is everything. The clock, or does you lights, guage cluster, and radio turn off....

I had the same problem with my car. I had a bad ground wire to my battery, all i did was take it off and cleaned around the terminal. I was going to replace the whole ground wire but it's working now. That's just what I've done.
