SR20 sputtering, won't go over 3000RPMs

So I've got an SR20DET and it's really sputtering when I'm driving. It won't go over 18mph and won't go past 3000RPMs, no matter how far the throttle is pushed in. Really weird. It sounds fine when in neutral giving it gas. Also, according to my AFR gauge, I'm running at a constant 10.0 which is rich. Anyone have any ideas? I've never heard of this. Basically, I'm limping everywhere.

This was the car's first drive. Don't have it tuned yet (coming soon), just an AFC Neo installed. I just checked the ECU codes and I've got 34, a knock sensor code.

OK with all that shit you have on there, its not gonna drive.
And the afc neo is not gonna be a good device to tune with

Go back to stock with stock ecu..
OR
get a rom tune/ stand alone to manage that engine.

OR Disregard this and melt everything in the process.
