Runs as long as the key is on. Never stops. Shy? Where do I start? Fuel pump relay? Fuel press. Reg. ? Wiring?

It could be any of or combination of 3 issues, in order from severity...its either your fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump relay stuck on, or ecu telling the relay to pump too much.

I pulled the fuel pump relay, pump stayed on. Pulled the fuel pump fuze, pump is still on. It's ran to 12v key power. Is that a problem? The fuel I smell I'm guessing a leak? Any input helps. Thanks
