This thing has got to be light. It's basically a straight through pipe. This thing has got to be the loudest exhaust system on the market. I just hope you guys know what you are getting yourselves into. Are you sure a silencer can even tame this thing?

Yes, the exhaust will be loud, but I don't expect it to be annoying... honestly it should be about the same as the URAS RS... or any exhaust with only one silencing component...

I dont have an exact weight yet, but I will ask Buddy Club if they do. I have had several Buddy Club exhaust come through (mainly for Honda's) and eveyone was extreamly light weight... the Spec III for example, is so light... when I picked up the canister section... I thought "hey, not bad"... then I realized I had the entire exhaust system in my hand and it was all straped together... then it was more like :eek2: :tweak:

Trust DD is probably louder, but you really can't compare a Dual to a Single.
The DD has a larger resonator, but its needed to split the exhaust... you also have 2 - 76.3mm pipes vs. one 76.3mm ... Dual will naturally be Louder... Apex N1 Dual is only split at the end near the Canister so its not truely a Dual, but is louder than the Apex N1 single for that reason.

This exhaust ownes. CAn someone tell me how fuckin loud this is? with no muffler im sure its super loud. Also with no muffler, take your cat converter off and expect flames if your running a turbo :drool:

Most Exhaust Systems only cost about $45-50 to ship, and I was willing to split that cost with you guys and pay anything over $20.... But lossing $50 is a bit much... I will still split the cost $35/$35!!

I would like to point out a single part of your statement "if this WAS the case"!! It was NEVER the Case and was not something I was aware of. I personally think $70 shipping is BS, as well as, some other BS that Buddy Club USA is throwing at me. But, I will be damned if you think its Fair for me to loss $50 rather than you pay an Additional $15!!

Just to give everyone an Update on the Buddy Club Bull Shit (thats right, I said it) ... They Import Constantly, as do most International Companies...also the Exchange Rate may suck right now, but its better than it was 3 months ago!! So WHY? would you tell All your Dealers that you have a set Discount on all parts... then when they order, lower the discount and claim its for importing!!! On top of that, if it is for Importing cost, and you know your boxes are to damn big for the product, MAKE IT SMALLER... Why pay for AIR to be imported from Japan!!!

Yea the box was topped with peanuts. If they put the two peices side by side, they could have made the box (easily) a 1-2 feet smaller.

oh and I can hear the turbo spooling and wistling from the exhaust tip.
The silencer reduces the loudness by quite a lot, but Im not going to use that silencer for a while.
I have more top end power now (damn that stock 2 inch exhaust chokin my turbine).
Easy to install, very lightweight, and the most important thing... it looks so clean and simple without muffler :)

I just installed mine on my stock KA and this thing sounds awsome. I thought it would be really loud but I love the sound. Low and mean and its got a nice rumble while driving.

I got mine a while ago... it sounds badass with the ka-t
Low deep growl and loud.. and it shoots fireballs.. I can even hear the turbo spooling/whistling from the exhaust.
and the best part about this exhaust is.... it doesnt look like any other N1 style exhaust :)

^make sure the exhaust bolts are tightened down properly.... sometimes if you tighten one side down more than the other it's not even and makes the exhaust cocked to one side.... (happened to me before)

Thermal Tape the section that is touching, and Stiffer Exhaust Bushings that is the only solution I can think of.
